W. Morgan Speer is a Palm Beach County attorney, helping individuals and families plan for life, deal with death, resolve conflicts, and preserve a lasting legacy. Morgan’s continuing education and collegial involvement ensures the most sophisticated planning techniques are always available to the firm's clients. He is also a member of the Florida Bar, Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Morgan graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1996, and received a Master of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University, School of Business, in 1993, and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. Morgan is also a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Bar Association. In addition to the state courts of Florida, Morgan is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, United States District Court, Northern District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and the United States Tax Court. Morgan was a pastor for many years before becoming an attorney and CPA. Morgan holds a Master of Theology from Duke University and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Morgan received his Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southwestern State University. Morgan is also very active in the community and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Palms West Chamber of Commerce, Wellington Chamber of Commerce and a member of the class of 2007 of West Palm Beach Leadership. Morgan speaks to private groups on a variety of different topics, including family protection planning, wealth preservation, tax law, business planning. Morgan also instructs attorneys, CPA’s and other financial professionals in the areas of estate planning, tax and business planning.
